UOBS appoints a young seven years old boy from Ghizar as its new “Goodwill Ambassador”.

GILGIT: (Mountain Pass) University of Baltistan Skardu appoints a young seven years old boy from Ghizar as its new “Goodwill Ambassador”.

A young, genious, emerging star and a new GB sensation & talent, Master Rakeen Yaqoob son of Yaqoob Alam hailing from remote Bebur Village in District Ghizar has been appointed the new “Goodwill Ambassador” of UOBS.

Identified by the local press club Ghizar during the official visit of UOBS Vice Chancellor to KIU Campus Ghizar, young Rakeen Yaqoob met the visiting Vice Chancellor and was declared the new “Goodwill Ambassador” of UOBS.

In 2016 young Rakeen was awarded Graduation Certificate in Early Childhood Diploma (ECD) by Rupani Foundation GB after completion of Prenatal to 03 years, ECD under Agah Walidain (Informed Parents) program.

According to the parents of Rakeen, this unique case study of prenatal education in mother’s womb has been reported in educational seminars in Tokyo and Beijing. Former Federal Education Minister Baligh ur Rehman had also awarded appreciation certificates to parents and infant learner.
