GILGIT: (Mountain Pass) EvK2CNR and UNDP setup woolen products center at Fina Astore for women and differently able persons. The inaugural ceremony held on December 28, 2021. Deputy Commissioner Aatore, Mr Zulqarnain was the Chief Guest. Assistant Commissioner Astore, Mr. Shafa District Chairman Astore, Mr Irfan Ullah Khan Country Project Manager MPA Project UNDP, Mr. Riaz Ul Hassan, Resident Representative EvK2CNR Pakistan, Mr Arif Hussain Regional Manager EvK2CNR GB, Mr Wazir Ejaz CEO BCDF , journalists of Astore, trainees of the center and others also participated in the event.
Deputy Commissioner Astore appreciated the initiative of EvK2CNR and UNDP funded by Italian Agency for Development Cooperation for empower women and differently able persons through skill development in woolen products in Astore.
